As the winter chill sets in, not all children have the luxury of staying warm in the colder months. In an effort to keep kids ages 1 to 18 cozy throughout winter, Comfort 1st Kids is hosting a new and used coat drive in the heart of Rockford.
Bringing Comfort to Our Community
Comfort 1st Kids, established by Comfort 1st Insulation, is dedicated to assisting families in need with needed winter clothing. According to the National Center for Children in Poverty, over 15 million children in the US live in households that struggle to afford basic requirements such as clothes.
How You Can Help
Donating a new or gently used coat is a simple yet powerful way to support the project. Please drop off your donation at Comfort 1st Insulation on 612 Harrison Ave, Rockford, IL 61104 during business hours until 11/15/2024. Cash donations will not be accepted.
